This low caffeine, low tannin blend was designed to be the perfect tea to mix in a lemon-forward recipe- with additional benefits of course. Bai Mu Dan is extremely high in polyphenols, flavonoids, and l-theanine, while steeped Peach Blossoms and pieces can ease digestive issues, reduce the bacteria in the mouth that cause bad breath, and just tastes really f'ing good.
