Chamomile Blossoms naturally produce a variety of volatile oils (proazulenes, bisabolol, farnesine, pinene, anthemal, spiroether) and flavonoids (apigenin, quercetin, patuletin, and luteolin) that carry strong, sedating notes of apple, honey, and quince on the nose and palate.
