Chamomile Blossoms

Chamomile Blossoms have long been used as tummy-soothing bedtime teas and remedies for millennia. The finest variety in the world is the Matricaria recutita, which is largely cultivated in the pristine growing regions of Eastern Europe. Chamomile Blossoms naturally produce a variety of volatile oils (proazulenes, bisabolol, farnesine, pinene, anthemal, spiroether) and flavonoids (apigenin, quercetin, patuletin, and luteolin) that carry strong, sedating notes of apple, honey, and quince on the nose and palate.
