The pamphlet fully explains how to prep for the juice. The juice comes very well packaged, and I actually liked every single juice with the exception of one. I own a great juicer, but I didn’t want to buy all of the organic vegetables and fruits to make my own juice and to do it myself. This was, an absolutely easy and affordable way to juice. So kudos on all of that to RAW JUICE.

By the end of the first day, my stomach hurt from all of the acidic fruits that were in the juices. If I’m not mistaken, all of the juices, but one didn’t have an acidic juice. So I actually only did one full day of juicing, because my stomach was just too upset from all the acidic juices. I probably have enough juice left over to do a day and a half of juicing, but I had to give my stomach a rest.

Thank you for the great juices, oh and the chill pill juice was great. I have insomnia and I almost never get more than 30 minutes of deep sleep a night. A chill pill juice just drinking a third of that bottle. I got three hours of deep sleep, every single night I was doing the juice. I would drink at least 1/3 of a bottle of that juice before I went to bed, regardless of my stomach. I really did enjoy all of the juices, but one, great flavors. Great combinations.
