Our Order Protection is applied to every shipment with coverage backed by UPS Capital. The Protection covers the entire value of the order if your juices arrive warm or spoiled due to shipment delays, if damage to your package occurs during transit, or if your order is lost or stolen shortly after delivery. We will gladly assist you in resolving your claim swiftly in the unfortunate scenario that a claim must be filed. If you need to file a claim now, click here.

Since we ship your juice Next Day Air with UPS, they should arrive between 10:00-11:30am in most major cities. It's possible they'll arrive slightly earlier or even as late as 8pm. Your specific delivery window is determined by your location, weather conditions, or if it's just a busier time of year. If you don't receive your package by 8pm on your delivery day, please reach out to us or file a claim.

Our recyclable packaging is designed to keep the juices cold for the entirety of your delivery day, but please refrigerate them as soon as they are received. If your juices arrive warm for any reason, please let us know and we can discuss the best course of action depending on the situation.
