HOW LONG WILL THE JUICES LAST?
Depending on the flavor, anywhere from 30-60 days at the time of delivery on average. Certain flavors can last as long as 120 days. Click on the 'More Info' button under each juice's profile to reveal its full information.
WHY IS COLD-PRESSED JUICE BETTER?
The Cold-Press method is superior because it does not damage or denature the sensitive cell walls and molecular structures of the juice. It's a very slow process and is free of any fast-spinning blades or augers that would otherwise ruin or oxidate the juice with excessive heat and aeration.
With the cold-press method, the ingredients are slowly grinded into a "pulp" or "mash," which then gets pressed through cloth-like bags. This gently separates the juice from the fiber and gives us beautiful liquid with virtually no oxidation. The final product is the cleanest, purest juice possible- exactly how it existed inside of the fruit before extraction.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PASTEURIZED?
Never. Our beverages undergo what's called High-Pressure Processing (HPP), which is a heatless safety step required of us by the FDA to protect against certain pathogens. This method requires an extremely large and powerful machine capable of applying VERY high hydrostatic pressures (90,000 psi or more) to the post-bottled juice within a cold environment. This is quite different from traditional pasteurization, where the juice is instead heated (cooked) at high temperatures for several minutes.
HPP is a slower, laborious, and more costly method to employ, however, it MUCH better preserves the juice's natural flavor, nutritional integrity, and enzymatic activity compared to heat pasteurization. The flavor is virtually indistinguishable from untreated juice, and allows our juices to last for months, not days.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
All of our products are certified organic except for The Cleanup 2.0, Yuzu Mate and Toucan Mélange. The only reason these are not organic is because they contain certain ingredients that do not currently exist with organic certification, such as Fulvic Minerals and Yuzu.
WHAT IS THE "CERTIFIED R.A.W." SEAL ON YOUR LABEL?
This seal is granted by Certified R.A.W, a relatively new nonprofit certification agency that has defined a standard for what is considered "raw" for packaged food products. It considers multiple aspects of our production process, from ingredient selection to manufacturing. The certification includes the same requirements and principles of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, HARPC, USDA Organic, and Non-GMO.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, KOSHER AND NON-GMO?
ARE YOUR BOTTLES BPA-FREE?
Yes. The type of plastic we use is PET which means there are no BPA, BPS, Phthalates, or Phthalate Based Plasticizers. PET plastic is also the most recyclable plastic there is, so please do.
DO YOU ADD ANY SUGAR TO YOUR JUICES?
We do not add any refined sugars to our juice. In some flavors of our +Probiotic Line, we use Coconut Nectar to sweeten. Coconut nectar is a sap that comes from coconut palms with a nutritional profile unlike any other sweetener. It contains virtually zero fructose and clocks a 35 on the Glycemic Index.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE LEFTOVER PULP?
About 20% is sorted and sold to other businesses that is used it for other food products. The other 80% is composted or discarded.
ARE YOUR JUICES SAFE FOR PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING WOMEN?
Yes, but check with your doctor before going on a Cleanse.
ARE THERE ALLERGENS IN ANY OF THE JUICES?
Yes, tree nuts. Some flavors contain Coconut Water and Lichee Nut (Lychee). All juices are made on equipment that processes these tree nuts, although we do thoroughly clean and swab our equipment between each flavor.

Only your doctor can answer that question for you. Everyone's health situation is a little different, so if this is a legitimate concern for you, please rely on professional medical advice.

WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF CLEANSING?
Side effects will depend on the individual. Frequent urination is a universal side effect. Negative side effects include headache, nausea, fatigue, moodiness, dizziness, or change in bowel function. However, most if not all of these effects can be reduced or prevented by preparing 2-3 days in advance of your cleanse.
WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship our orders Monday-Thursday until 1PM PST. Orders placed after this cutoff are sent out on the following shipping day. Orders placed after 1PM PST between Thursday-Sunday are shipped the following Monday morning (unless there's a holiday).
All orders are shipped Next Day Air via UPS, with no signature required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
WHAT TIME WILL MY JUICES ARRIVE?
Since we ship your juice Next Day Air, they normally arrive between 10:00-11:30 am. Sometimes they'll arrive even sooner or not until the late afternoon. Some determinants of on-time delivery can vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or if it's a busier time of year. If you don't receive your package by 8 pm on your delivery day, please reach out to us or file a claim.
WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING INSURANCE COVER EXACTLY?
Our Shipment Protection is provided through a 3rd party insurer (Orderprotection.com) and covers the entirety of the order value if your package is lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or spoiled due to a delivery issue. We will gladly assist in resolving your claim swiftly in the unlikely scenario that one must be filed. Most of our claims are resolved in minutes.
If a claim is filed, you will have the option for immediate refund or reshipment. However, claims under $100 in value will only be eligible for refund.
WHAT IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN MY JUICE IS DELIVERED?
No worries! Our special curbside recyclable packaging is designed to keep the product cold for the entirety of your delivery day. However, please refrigerate your juices as soon as you receive them. If your juices arrive warm for any reason, please let us know and we can discuss the best course of action depending on the situation.
WHAT IF UPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON TIME?
Sometimes UPS may miss your delivery day entirely due to weather conditions or a variety of other reasons. Our hands are tied in most instances if this occurs. This would be a fileable claim through our shipping protection, but if you did not purchase it, please allow UPS until the following morning to deliver your juice. Our packaging is designed to hold for up to 36-48 hours depending on the outside temperature. The juices should be fine on the following day under the majority of instances, but if you receive your juices warm, please contact us right away and we will best remedy the situation.
HOW DO YOU SHIP THE JUICE?
We ship UPS Next Day Air for all orders. Our shipments are normally in transit for 18-24 hours before making it to your door, no matter where you live in the United States. We do ship to HI and AK, but only certain areas can be delivered within one day.
SHOULD I CONTINUE TO TAKE MY DAILY VITAMINS WHILE ON A CLEANSE?
You can, but the juices already have almost all of the vitamins you'll need. Vitamin D would still be a good idea if you don't plan on getting much sun.
HOW MANY BOTTLES COME IN EACH CLEANSE?
A full 3-day Cleanse contains 21 bottles total (7 per day) with an option to add 3 Boosts.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE ON A CLEANSE?
For a person of average height and weight, it is typical to lose between 3-6 pounds on a 3-Day Cleanse. Some people lose more and some lose less. Some people don't lose any weight at all, but that seems to be quite rare. Nonetheless, we make no guarantee you'll lose any weight at all.
WHICH CLEANSE IS BEST FOR ME?
We've designed our Cleanses with primarily 100% juices containing the broadest nutrient spectrum and ingredients that promote detoxification most effectively. You may have seen other juice companies naming their cleanse programs “Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced" to appeal to the widest audience. However, we do not believe in giving "beginners" a program full of sweet juices for the sake of taste.
DO I HAVE TO PREPARE FOR MY CLEANSE?
Preparing for your Cleanse is very important for getting the best results while reducing your chances of having a negative experience. Please review our Cleanse Guide for more information.
I HAVEN’T GONE TO THE BATHROOM IN A WHILE. IS THIS NORMAL?
It is not unusual to experience either constipation during your Cleanse. Please see the Cleanse Guide for help with keeping your digestion on track.
CAN I DRINK OTHER BEVERAGES DURING A CLEANSE?
Yes. You should drink lots of filtered water (with lemon a plus). Feel free to indulge in your favorite decaffeinated herbal teas if you crave something hot.
WHAT ARE THE NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS OF CLEANSING?

We currently do not offer substitutions in our Cleanses.
DOES THE CLEANSE COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, you will receive a Cleanse Guide and also have the option for guided text messages for either of the 2-Day or 3-Day Cleanses.
CAN I EXERCISE DURING MY CLEANSE?
Yes, but workouts should be much lighter. This means no heavy weights, no long runs, marathons, burnouts, or long sessions of strenuous sports. There is nothing wrong with elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat, but over-exerting yourself on limited calories may cause you to feel stressed, hungry, or even cause you to break your Cleanse. If you do decide to work out, remember to drink about twice the water and electrolytes that you normally would.
