This a cold pressed product. Should not be over 38 degrees. It arrived a day late. Proof by FEDEX tracking. The box was beat up. The ice packs were completely thawed out and the product was wayyy above temperature. I filed a claim and still haven’t heard back from them.

Raw order was not delivered by fed ex on time and juice was delivered warm. Contacted Raw and they issued a new order that came with a different shipper and was delivered cold, fresh, and on time! Appreciate the effort Raw made to fix issue. I am ready to order again!!

I ordered the 20-day celery juice cleanse and my first shipment arrived a day late, which made me a little nervous. The bottles were still cool to the touch, but I wasn’t sure how well they would hold up. I started the juice the very next morning and stayed consistent, drinking it daily. By day 17, a few bottles had spoiled, so I reached out to customer service.
They were incredibly responsive and immediately sent out a replacement order. The new shipment arrived right on time with no delays, and this batch lasted the full 20 days without any issues.
This was my first time trying celery juicing, and I’ve noticed a real difference—less inflammation and a big improvement in my digestion. Overall, I feel great starting my mornings with it, and I truly appreciate how the company handled my concern.
