    A greater reset than anticipated

    I had a very positive experience with my 3-day Cleanse. It came quite easy to me to follow through with (actually) 4 days of cleans plus a couple days before and after with a scaled down diet. I felt energetic while on the cleanse and worked out and jogged. I enjoyed the taste of each juice and found the text messages from the RJ team helpful and creative.

    It is now 4 weeks since having completed the cleanse and to this day I had no desire for alcohol and coffee. It's not something I was trying to achieve but I do enjoy the reset and value the break my body gets from this. I was easily drawn to healthy and nutritious food (which I generally like) and ate more mindfully and less post-cleanse. I am inspired to do a cleanse on a regular basis moving forward. Great product and concept!
