Not bad. The yellow label and "lemon" description threw me off -- definitely more of a strong ginger, with touch of like cayenne spice. Suggest a different option if ginger isn't a preferred flavor profile

This was my first time trying one of the minis and they were impossible to open My husband tried and couldn’t do it either. We had to use a tool. Once opened it was good but I probably wouldn’t order again
