    Somewhere to start

    I needed this cleanse. It was refreshing, with a lot of ginger and tumeric, but it kept me satiated for the 3 days. Halfway through day 1, I could feel my body releasing and relaxing from inflamation and pressure that it seemed to be holding onto. My walks felts like I could walk longer because I already walk 12,000 steps a day. I will most definitely do this cleanse again!!!!

    Zen for the win!

    I did 3 day signature the first time. It was a struggle to get through any of the juices, and I despise celery.

    This round I opted for 2 days of Zen and it was much easier. It’s a really good balance and I lost another 4 lbs.
