    Total Reset for Me!

    I had been having headaches for a few days straight. My brother told me he did the 3 day cleanse and that I should try it. I ordered it, and it was on my front porch the next day. I started the following morning. Having a different juice every 2hrs definitely helps to keep you from thinking about food. I did have some crazy food cravings on day 1, but they subsided by day 2. The texts they send are super helpful, and it does go by pretty fast. I loved the Chill Pill in the evening. That, and the Celery one that you start your day with were my favorite.

    When I woke up on day 4 I was 10lbs down!! I also wasn't having any headaches and I didn't want to jump right into eating big meals. There was a definite body reset I felt from the 3 day cleanse. In fact, I'm thinking about doing it once a month!
