Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup frozen berries (we used blueberries and blackberries)
  • 1 loose cup of kale leaves, bitter stems removed
  • 1 cup of nut milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • Squeeze of lemon
Directions
  1. Blend until very smooth, top with more frozen berries if desired.
