    Found this very beneficial to restarting good eating habits and ditching the bad ones. 2nd day is the toughest but well worth doing it for the 3 days

    3 days cleanse

    After doing this cleanse, I did feel really good and full of energy. I wouldn’t do it again in the winter because I was craving hot things instead of cold juice. Would be easier in warm weather. I was never hungry though and thought I might be.

    Delicious cleanse

    I enjoyed this cleanse. The juices were so fresh tasting. My favorites were Aftermath (with its gingery basil kick!) and Chill Pill (loved ending the day on a sweet note). I definitely enjoyed this and would recommend it to anyone.

    Great stuff

    I have done the three-day cleanses about six times. To be honest, I do them to jump start some weight loss. Not only does giving my body a break with a cleanse help me lose weight, but it jump starts my energy level and just makes me feel light and healthy. I lose between 4 and 8 pounds in a three day cleanse. The signature cleanse is my favorite, it makes me feel really good after just the first day. Most of the juices taste great, some are harder for me than others (celery, G3), but as your body adjusts to lower sugar intake, they start to taste better. I just tell myself what good they are doing for my body when I drink them. Highly recommend. Delivery is exceptional and they arrive quickly and packed properly.
