I was a little hesitant to do this cleanse at first because I was not sure whether or not I would care for the taste of the juice. Honestly, it is pretty amazing except for one that I can hardly tolerate. This cleanse was very easy to do, I did not feel hungry at all and the first couple of days I had more energy than I have had in a long time. Day three was pretty rough, but that just tells me that the juice is doing exactly what my body needed. I would absolutely recommend this cleanse to anyone who is looking for a restart!
