    Mom’s Bday Gift

    My mom really liked the juice box I bought her. It was her birthday gift as she is transitioning to a raw diet but it ended up being very convenient as she got really busy and couldn’t prepare any food. Excellent!

    First time Raw juice cleanse

    I’ve done my own juice cleanses in the past. But they take a lot of time to prepare each juice fresh and wash my juicer after every use, so I was excited to try this 3 day cleanse and have it all ready to go for me. Very pricey, so I didn’t think I’d do it more than once, but I find myself about to buy it again because of how great it made me feel! A couple of the juices were a little tough to enjoy and I drank them slowly, but the rest were good and I enjoyed them! One of the biggest things for me was I’ve always been a runner and running came easily to me, but 2020-21 hit and I stopped all my movement pretty much. And I have tried running again but it didn’t feel good anymore and I would quit soon after I started, I just didn’t want to do it. And I’m not even joking, day 2, I was like I FEEL like running and I WANT to go running!! And I did! And I felt great! My energy felt good, it felt possible again. And I’ve been running again since, which I am sooo happy about!! After the 3 days, I was down 8 pounds and a couple days after I was up 2 pounds, which is expected/normal, so I lost 6 true pounds. I also wasn’t starving and didn’t feel the need to eat a lot when finished. So I made a big batch of detox soup and ate that for the following week, slowly putting solid foods back in. I have felt so good. I think I would like to do it one more time and then perhaps every once in awhile after that. I really loved this cleanse and I’m happy I finally did it!
