Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight (with no signature required) Monday through Friday until 1 pm PST. Orders placed after the 1 pm PST cutoff are sent out on the following shipping day.
First-time, one-time, and non-subscription orders require Order Protection prior to shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday morning (unless there's a holiday). Saturday delivery may not be available in your area; if not, your order will go out on the following shipping day.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or accept returns under any circumstances.
