This was my first time doing a cleanse and it was NOT easy. Having them all lined up in my fridge gave me time to do other things and gave me something to look forward to. I’m proud of myself for doing it and can’t wait to do it again. Some of the flavors were super potent and hard to swallow however the longer you do it the better the taste is weird I know. I felt great and for that reason I’m doing it again.

Ordered for my hubby who struggles with pancreatitis. He used the cleanse to re-set his gut and it worked. The first day was the hardest but he was surprised at the quality taste of the juices, the helpful preparation guide and the fact that he didn’t feel very hungry on days 2 and 3.

This is my first cleanse from this company, but in the past I have done cleanses from two other companies. This one was by far my favorite. Each of the juices has so much flavor. I let a friend of mine try a sip of the elixir and she said "I feel like I just got a lot of nourishment." I agree and I felt like that after each sip of all of the juices. One thing I was very surprised by was how spicy some of them were. I love spice and I always think the more the better, but I know the elixir especially would be way too spicy for most people, so there should maybe be something in the description about that in case people don't look at the ingredients. Anyway, I wanted a cleanse because my wedding was in one week, I had gained weight after recent surgery and my dress didn't zip up. I chose the zen for its low calorie count and I lost 5 pounds!! I did take 3.5 days to finish the juices because there are a lot of them and they are surprisingly filling. I definitely wanted food, but I didn't feel hungry once.
