I did my 3 day juice cleanse after a 5 day water fast. It was my first time trying raw juicery. The juices were definitely organic. Some juices (the elixir/ G3 live) were very hard for me to drink the entire thing. Some juices with a lot of ginger gave me heartburn. It was difficult for me to drink every 2 hours especially being at work unable to drink at times. But overall, the juices kept me satiated, I was not craving food. I actually loved the celery juice (to my surprise) and red cure, chill pill, and the tropical sweet/mint were my favorites.

I was able to complete the 3 day cleanse without any cheating. I love the taste of every juice, but I am a regular juice and kombucha drinker so I might be more used to then others. I loved the Text message support and reminders, super helpful !
