With busy Spring kids schedules, I found myself bloated and lethargic from quick take-out meals and lots of pizza. I did hte 3 day cleanse, lost 7 pounds - entirely inflammation, and broke a bad eating cycle. I am now 5 days post-cleanse and still 6-7 pounds lighter. I am also more energetic, lost sugar cravings, and feel like I am more focused. I will do this seasonally if not more if I find myself in a bad cycle.

My husband and I recently did the 3 day Signature Cleanse. We both loved all the juices except one. The motivational text messages were AWESOME, entertaining and encouraging. We were never really hungry. We both dropped and few pounds each and felt great afterwards! We will be making this part of our routine throughout the year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
