Easy to follow. Surprisingly the taste of the various flavors were very good. I honestly feel I could have gonna another few days on the cleanse. I did not lose any weight but felt good overall at the completion of the 3 days.

I found the 3 day juice cleanse was thoughtfully planned out with your timing and juice ingredients. Every 2 hours was perfect. Your schedule simplified an otherwise daunting task. Would definitely recommend this product and would do it again in the future.
